You can track the status of your order in My Account in the “My orders” section. In case the status of your application changes, you will be notified by the email you specified when creating the application.
The exchange is performed manually by the operator and takes from 5 to 20 minutes after receipt of payment on the application and depending on the workload of our operators. Subsequent requests in this direction will be processed according to our regulations. There are also rare cases with the Perfect Money payment system, when the Perfect Money system itself freezes the transfer for verification. On average, the waiting time can last from 1 to 6 hours, but longer waiting time is possible.
Reasons may vary. In order for the exchange to be successfully completed, please make sure you have done everything correctly:
1. Check if you have correctly specified your transfer details (wallet, account or card). If you specify incorrect details, your order will be moved to Errors, after which you will receive an email with a description of the reason;
2. Before transferring funds to us, please check if you have copied our details correctly. We are not responsible for your mistakes;
3. When transferring to our details, please check that you have been debited. If we do not see the receipt from you, the application will be deleted;
4. The transfer may be delayed by the Payment system or the Bank. In this case we cannot speed up the process, so you just need to wait. To find out the reasons for the delay, you can call or write to the technical support of the Payment system or Bank;
5. All reasons are individual, so if your reason does not belong to any of the above, you can write to us by e-mail, telegram or online support of our site. We are always happy to help!
In order to create an order, you need to follow the instructions stated below:
1. Select the exchange pair (for example: in the ‘Give’ column choose Sberbank, in the ‘Receive’ column choose Bitcoin and specify the amount you want to exchange or receive.
2. Fill in all the required info like your e-mail, the wallet number (card or account) which you want to transfer money from, the wallet number (card or account) which you want to receive money and tick in all the required terms of use (if you agree).
3. Click the ‘Exchange now’ button, and then in the next window you will be able to see info for the transfer. In the case of banks, on the first exchange the system will ask you to verify the card that you want to use to perform the transfer. For each new card it will be necessary to do, but only just once.
4. Copy our details and click the ‘Go to payment’ button, after which you will open the Bank's or payment system website (or app). Insert the amount indicated in the order and payment info, confirm the transfer. Do not fail to to make sure that the amount and transfer info is correct.
5. Next, return to our website and confirm the payment by clicking on the ‘I paid’ button. You should also provide a bill of transfer confirmation. Done.
6. Just wait for us to check the payment and send you your funds.

Card verification is a confirmation of the ownership of the card (or an account). This is a necessary requirement, without it you will not be able to exchange funds on our service. The requirement for the card verification is simple and does not require much effort. For verification, it is only required to photograph the front side of your card against the backdrop of our website. The verification process will take several minutes and is required only once for each new card. The photo should capture the card number and the owner's name, and in the background (behind the card) should be a monitor with an open tab of this website with an open order.

1. The first and most common reason is that if you have not clicked the “I paid” button, it is more difficult for the operator to see your order. If you accidentally closed or refreshed the page with this button, write to us in online support and we will help you with this problem;
2. Check whether you have been charged for the transfer. Perhaps you did not take into account the commission of the payment system or the Bank, and you did not have enough money for the transfer. Or for some technical reasons the payment system or the Bank did not allow your transfer. Be attentive! If the payment on the request is not received soon after its creation, we will move it to the deleted ones;
3. incorrectly specified details can also delay the processing of your application. Please check the data carefully when filling out the application. If a mistake is made, we will not be able to transfer funds to you and the order will be moved to Erroneous. Be sure to contact us by mail or online support of our website to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Once you provide us with the correct transfer details, we will process your request as soon as possible;
4. Before transferring funds to us, please check that you have copied our details correctly. We are not responsible for your mistakes;
Yes, it is possible. Such requests are processed manually and may take up to 1 hour. To receive funds through SBP, follow the instructions below:
Select your desired bank in the “You Receive” field, fill in your details and create an application.
Write your application number to the support chat with a request to transfer funds via SBP to your phone number.
After your message is processed, our specialist will ask you to make the payment.
After receiving the payment, we will transfer the funds via SBP to the card of the selected bank.
